Market Research Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Market Research Manager will lead end‑to‑end research projects for private‑sector clients in the UAE, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and actionable insights. Fluency in Arabic is essential to engage with regional stakeholders and interpret market data accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business development, from prospecting to preparing sales materials and proposals with a focus on the private sector.
• Select and recommend appropriate research methodologies and data‑analysis techniques for each client.
• Lead project teams, develop client‑ready deliverables, and present findings to clients.
• Take full ownership of work streams or entire projects, depending on engagement size.
• Develop and manage project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure on‑time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Secure fully executed contracts before project kickoff and manage invoicing, payments, and performance bond releases.
• Prepare financial and technical proposals for market‑research studies and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Research Manager with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong background in market‑research methodologies, project management, and client interaction.
