Marketing Associate - Maseeraty Graduate Program

About the role

Novartis is recruiting a Marketing Associate for its Maseeraty Emiratization Graduate Program in Dubai, a fixed-term position open to UAE Nationals who hold a UAE Family Book and have a Bachelor's degree earned in the last three years. The role supports the execution of marketing priorities by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, enabling quality customer engagement and strengthening operational excellence across the therapy area.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of key marketing initiatives such as congresses, events, customer engagement activities and other priority programs, coordinating with field teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the localization and implementation of promotional and educational content so that materials fit local needs and move through internal processes efficiently.
• Support social media and disease awareness initiatives, keeping them aligned across functions, agencies and stakeholders and tracking project progress.
• Work in line with company policies, ethical standards and compliance requirements, promoting responsible ways of working and an inclusive environment.

Required profile

• UAE National with a UAE Family Book and a Bachelor's degree obtained within the last three years.
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications or a related field.
• University degree or equivalent in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage for engaging regional stakeholders.
