Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to craft compelling brand stories that trigger consumer participation and drive repeat engagement across the MENA region. The role will partner with brand, commercial and bottling teams to design and deliver integrated marketing communications programs for Explorer and Challenger brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regional and local thematic and tactical platforms aligned with market objectives, technology, data and channel insights.
• Lead the strategic planning process with local agency partners and translate business briefs into actionable brand stories.
• Create “goose‑bumps” experiences that inspire organic participation, habit formation and transaction growth.
• Collaborate with regional agencies, commercial teams and bottlers to ensure productivity and challenge existing structures.
• Measure performance against KBI scores, ROI targets and yearly learning iterations.

• Strong focus on productivity and willingness to question existing processes.
