Marketing Coordinator - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

Dr Scent is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives for its fragrance and scent solutions business. The role will act as a central hub between Marketing, Sales, E‑commerce, Creative and Product teams to ensure campaigns, product launches and events are delivered on time and align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for fragrance and scent solutions.
• Maintain the monthly marketing calendar across digital and offline channels.
• Work with creative and content teams to deliver social media content, product materials and campaign assets.
• Assist with new fragrance launches, product releases and e‑commerce promotions.
• Support social media planning, scheduling and campaign coordination.
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, influencers and other partners as needed.
• Help plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, activations and product launches.
• Provide B2B marketing support for clients, distributors and business partners.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research within the fragrance and scent marketing industry.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and maintain organized records of budgets and activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, retail, e‑commerce, FMCG or luxury sectors is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, coordination and interpersonal abilities.
