Marketing Coordinator – Construction

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in delivering targeted campaigns for construction‑focused exhibitions. This full‑time position involves both office‑based planning and on‑site execution at events across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of all planned marketing campaigns and create tracking links for each show.
• Maintain master tracking files and monitor active programs, proposing improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for exhibitors, handling email communications, marketing requests, product images, and PR information.
• Update and manage the exhibitor manual for each edition and handle on‑site exhibitor requests.
• Coordinate sponsorship marketing deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with external suppliers to produce marketing collateral such as brochures, tickets, print ads, web banners and emails.
• Provide reporting data to the show team and support on‑site activities, including ad‑hoc tasks that may require extra hours.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a support or coordination role.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, trustworthy and reliable with strong teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
