Marketing & Corporate Communication Director (Emirati)

About the role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Marketing with proven expertise in Corporate Communications for the Dubai Government. The role will shape and execute impactful marketing and communication strategies that align with the organization’s mission, drive engagement, and strengthen brand presence across multiple platforms and audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals, set annual objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead the development and enhancement of internal policies, processes, and frameworks ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Direct planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and outreach initiatives to build community awareness and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee integrated marketing, media, and advertising campaigns, manage media relationships, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Supervise creation of publications, reports, promotional materials, and digital content across traditional and digital channels.
• Track departmental performance using data‑driven insights, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage the department’s budget, monitor expenditures, and enforce financial compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and professional development to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
