Marketing Director

About the role

Based in Dubai, the Marketing Director will report directly to the CEO and shape the LPM brand across multiple concepts and markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PR and media relations, drive agency work, secure coverage and represent LPM at events.
• Own social and digital strategy, including content, acquisition, website and email, using data‑driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain brand and communication strategy across all concepts.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and markets.
• Create employer‑brand content in partnership with HR.
• Collaborate with CRM and Operations to convert first‑time guests into regulars.
• Manage marketing budget, prove ROI and report to Finance.
• Lead a global marketing community across markets and concepts.

Required profile

• 10+ years in marketing and communications within luxury, hospitality or F&B brands.
• Strong PR track record with media relationships and agency management.
• Deep digital and social expertise, including content, paid acquisition, email and analytics.
• Leadership experience managing remote, multi‑country teams.
• Commercial discipline with budget, ROI and reporting experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar; master’s a plus.
