Marketing Executive – Arabic & English Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Executive fluent in Arabic and English to drive growth for our FMCG beauty, cosmetics and professional salon brands across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, opening events and retail initiatives.
• Coordinate Arabic and English content for Instagram, TikTok, websites and other digital platforms.
• Create marketing and UGC content, and manage collaborations with influencers and photographers.
• Develop activities targeting consumers, salons, retailers, wholesalers and distributors while supporting sales teams to generate leads.
• Organise exhibitions, salon demonstrations, brand activations and support trade‑marketing, merchandising and POS activities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, promotions and customer behaviour; support e‑commerce and digital advertising campaigns.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans and performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, retail or salon products.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing and a solid understanding of the UAE/GCC market.
• Creative, organised, commercially minded and able to work closely with sales teams.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
