Marketing Executive (Education Sector)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join the founding team of Harrow International School Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for building the school’s brand presence and driving enrollment growth while upholding Harrow’s values of courage, honour, humility and fellowship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that reflect Harrow’s standards and values.
• Manage all channels of communication, including digital, print, social media and events, to promote the school to prospective families.
• Produce marketing collateral, newsletters, press releases and promotional materials.
• Coordinate open‑days, school tours and community outreach activities.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and adjust campaigns to meet targets.
• Ensure all communications comply with the school’s child‑protection and safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey the Harrow educational experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and support a child‑centred community.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced child‑protection screening, background checks and provide high‑quality references.
