A well-established organisation is hiring a Marketing Executive (Emiratisation) through its client in Dubai. The role supports brand growth and campaign execution, offering hands-on exposure across digital, brand and campaign management. Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Help maintain a strong, consistent brand position across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time
• Manage social media, including content planning, publishing and performance tracking
• Analyse campaign performance and share insights to improve effectiveness
• Support collaborations, partnerships and community engagement initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the apparel and lifestyle space

Required profile

• Emirati with Family Book (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (mandatory)
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage several priorities

Required skills

• Exposure to digital marketing, brand management or performance marketing is an advantage
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
