Marketing Executive - Hospital

About the role

NMC Healthcare is hiring a Marketing Executive in Abu Dhabi. The role implements marketing plans and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of the hospital's services, specialties and facilities, and works with physicians, department heads and clinic managers to promote clinical services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns and coordinate activities for existing and new medical services, clinics and specialties
• Support health awareness campaigns, screening programmes, seasonal promotions and community outreach
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to boost patient engagement and service use
• Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and promotional content
• Work with digital marketing teams and agencies on social media, website updates, email marketing and online promotions
• Support content creation and scheduling on approved digital platforms, and monitor engagement, reach, enquiries and leads
• Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines and healthcare advertising requirements
• Coordinate physician profiling, specialty campaigns, service launches, health talks and patient education
• Identify opportunities to improve awareness of underperforming clinics and specialties, and support specialty-specific marketing plans aligned with operational capacity and revenue goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospital, medical centre, clinic or healthcare organisation
