Marketing Executive

About the role

Messe Frankfurt Middle East is seeking a Marketing Executive to design and execute result‑driven campaigns for its Consumer Goods portfolio of international B2B trade shows. Based in Dubai, you will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting exhibitor acquisition, visitor attendance and brand visibility across multiple events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch targeted exhibitor and visitor marketing campaigns for international B2B trade shows.
• Manage multi‑channel activities including digital, social media, email, advertising, partnerships and on‑site promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, CRM, PR) and external agencies to deliver high‑quality campaign assets on schedule.
• Produce marketing collateral aligned with event branding and Messe Frankfurt guidelines.
• Support sales teams with tactical campaigns to drive exhibitor acquisition, retention and upsell.
• Monitor performance, report results and recommend improvements.
• Research competitor activity, industry trends and customer insights to shape strategy.
• Manage barter agreements with publishers and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in exhibitions or events.
• Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing communications.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and meet campaign KPIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid copywriting skills.
• Proactive, highly organized and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
