Marketing Executive

About the role

Bayut.com is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will help create engaging content, coordinate campaign activities, track performance metrics, and ensure brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programmes.
• Coordinate with design, content teams and external vendors on marketing assets.
• Analyse and report campaign performance and efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
• Support event planning, logistics and on‑ground execution.
• Coordinate video shoots and media content as required.
• Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of marketing experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including digital campaigns, content and brand communication.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end campaign execution, from planning to reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Proactive, results‑driven and a reliable team player.
