Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Marketing Executive at Azizi Foods in Dubai, you will support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan that drives business targets and reinforces the brand strategy. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns and communications that boost sales, profitability and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of the annual commercial calendar with prioritized marketing investment cases aligned to business unit priorities.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising and Buying to ensure cohesive in‑store and external marketing execution.
• Coordinate permits for promotions and events.
• Assist in positioning the brand in local markets according to the overall marketing strategy.
• Write comprehensive marketing briefs for key commercial priorities and manage agency execution.
• Network with customers, suppliers, agencies and mall marketing managers to leverage opportunities and integrate feedback.
• Prepare weekly and monthly updates and trading reports on marketing activities across ATL and BTL channels.
• Deliver and report on events and activations with media, agencies and PR partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the retail and fashion industry.
• Strong analytical background and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, good planner and multitasker.
