Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in delivering both traditional and digital campaigns for a consumer packaged goods portfolio. Working under the Digital Marketing Manager, the role ensures seamless execution of strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing and managing marketing strategies across traditional and digital/social channels.
• Plan and implement campaigns for promotions, product launches, and new shop openings.
• Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Create and manage social media content on various platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Source and manage agencies and vendors supporting marketing initiatives.
• Support media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationship management and content creation.
• Assist in offline event planning, management, and execution.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Enhance the consumer journey and manage customer relationships and databases.
• Conduct industry and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimise strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Graphic design skills (advantageous).
• Video editing skills (advantageous).
