Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives for Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with revenue‑generating departments to align marketing objectives and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee photoshoots, video shoots and content creation projects, ensuring brand compliance.
• Manage micro‑projects and small‑scale activations from concept through execution.
• Prepare creative briefs, timelines and deliverables, supporting the Creative Lead.
• Maintain internal communication collaterals and ensure clear, brand‑aligned messaging.
• Assist in managing external partnerships, community relations and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor competitor activities and market performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate on‑ and off‑property activations, including F&B events, chef appearances and spa promotions.
• Collaborate with Social Media and eCommerce Manager on the social content calendar.
• Support development of advertising and promotional materials in line with brand standards.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports with performance insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a luxury hospitality group.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management and promotional activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
