About the role

The NesTalent program is a fast‑track development initiative at Nestlé MENA, designed to nurture future leaders in marketing. As a Marketing Graduate Trainee you will embark on an immersive journey across Nestlé’s product categories, gaining hands‑on experience in brand innovation, consumer insights and brand experience creation.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple marketing teams to acquire broad exposure to brand strategy and execution.
• Support the development of engaging brand experiences and innovative product concepts.
• Analyse consumer data and market trends to inform marketing decisions.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional environment with internal partners.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving setting and managing time efficiently.
• Curious, enthusiastic, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate with a strong passion for marketing.
• Fluency in English and a very good GPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
