Marketing Lead – Payments Business

About the role

We are seeking a senior marketer to drive growth and adoption of our payments products across global markets. This individual contributor role will combine regional and global growth, product marketing, and product amplification for Bybit Card, Bybit Pay, money transfers and localized payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional or global growth workstreams covering acquisition, activation, usage and retention, and develop mechanisms such as rewards, cashback, referrals and lifecycle programs.
• Lead go‑to‑market for new payment products and features, from positioning and audience definition to channel strategy, launch execution and performance measurement.
• Make payment products easier to discover, understand and adopt across owned, earned and paid channels, translating capabilities into clear customer narratives.
• Collaborate with product, operations, regional teams and marketing specialists, driving initiatives through direct execution and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, GTM or related roles within fintech, payments, banking, crypto or complex consumer products.
• Proven ability to drive acquisition, activation, engagement and retention and to develop growth mechanisms such as rewards or referral programs.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize based on business impact.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with autonomy across multiple markets.
