Marketing Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Everwell Chiropractic, a boutique medical‑clinic brand, is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager on a six‑month contract. The role bridges marketing strategy and execution, supporting CRM management, automation, lead tracking and campaign reporting to help the clinic grow its brand and patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, optimise and maintain Zoho CRM, including pipelines, workflows and data hygiene.
• Design, test and launch email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, creating automated nurture journeys.
• Build audience segments based on customer profiles, behaviours and lifecycle stages.
• Integrate social‑media lead‑generation efforts with Zoho CRM and ensure seamless data flow.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM and automation tools.
