Marketing Manager (Arabic) – Dubai

About the role

Ayoub & Co, a fast‑growing real‑estate firm in Dubai, is looking for a Marketing Manager who can blend Arabic language skills with data‑driven marketing expertise. This full‑time, hybrid position will help shape brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Manage social‑media accounts, online presence, and paid advertising (Google, Meta).
• Coordinate content creation, copywriting, and creative assets.
• Oversee email marketing, CRM initiatives, and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports, and optimise spend.
• Control marketing budgets and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with founders and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Identify new market opportunities to position Ayoub & Co as a distinctive player in Dubai’s real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably in real‑estate or related fields.
• Strong digital‑marketing background, including social‑media management, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
• Ability to analyse data using Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and a genuine interest in real‑estate innovation.
