Marketing Manager – Brand Launch & Growth

About the role

Emirates Leisure Retail is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the launch and ongoing growth of Slim Chickens in the UAE. You will shape the brand’s market entry, localise the menu and communication, and own the first store opening and subsequent campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE launch strategy and annual marketing plan, adapting the global brand proposition for local relevance.
• Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, PR, in‑store, partnerships and delivery platforms, including culturally significant moments such as Ramadan, Eid and National Day.
• Collaborate with Operations to create local store marketing plans tailored to each store’s catchment.
• Manage relationships with the US and UK brand teams, securing approvals and feeding UAE insights back to the global brand.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, optimise spend and report on sales impact.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in QSR, fast‑casual or similar fast‑moving consumer brands.
• Deep understanding of UAE consumer behaviour, culture and media landscape.
• Proven track record of launching new brands or stores and delivering traffic‑driving campaigns.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with project‑management expertise.
