Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns & Events

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team in Dubai. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will translate strategic plans into integrated campaigns, overseeing delivery from concept through execution while ensuring projects meet timeline, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts, building workback schedules, trackers and calendars.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing clear communication, monitoring progress, handling approvals and flagging risks.
• Lead event and ticketing campaigns, crafting narratives, aligning ticketing plans with sales targets and reporting performance.
• Collaborate with internal PR, Digital, Media, Social, Creative, Partnerships and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that connect strategy, creative development, production, launch and reporting.
• Support department operations and maintain momentum through proactive project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated marketing and event campaigns in an agency environment.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Results‑oriented mindset with focus on achieving commercial KPIs such as ticket sales and engagement.
