About the role

Meals On Me Dubai is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive offline marketing initiatives. The role focuses on building brand visibility through traditional media, ground activations, and strategic partnerships while supporting online efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across print, hoardings, radio, and other direct media.
• Research and negotiate media placements to secure optimal rates and locations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce SMS, WhatsApp, banner, print ad, radio script, flyer, and hoarding content.
• Track outbound sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report results.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships to expand market reach.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, ensure consistent brand messaging, and assess on‑ground brand visibility.
• Manage corporate programs and relevant partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills with media vendors and partners.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset for KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Proactive approach to business development and partnership building.
