Marketing Manager

About the role

ELE Interiors is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its digital presence and translate the brand’s vision into engaging social media content. You will shape strategy, produce high‑quality visuals, and ensure the brand stays relevant across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive social‑media strategy with clear growth objectives.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal promotions, and award submissions.
• Produce and publish on‑brand Reels, Stories, and posts for TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, managing logistics with photographers, videographers, and 3D visualisers.
• Engage daily with followers, respond promptly, and maintain an on‑brand voice.
• Monitor and manage online reputation, including Google Reviews and client feedback.
• Collaborate with the PR agency to identify and manage influencer partnerships.
• Work cross‑functionally with design, operations, HR, and external vendors to align content with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading social‑media strategy for a brand.
• Strong eye for design and ability to translate interior‑design concepts into visual content.
• Excellent written communication and community‑management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Social‑media platforms: TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Content creation tools for Reels, Stories, and posts.
• Photo/video shoot coordination and logistics.
• Experience with 3D visualiser outputs for social content.
