Marketing Manager

About the role

Elevate, the lifestyle real‑estate development arm of One Group, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Dubai team. You will drive integrated marketing across brand, digital, social, events and emerging technology to support project launches and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, OOH and other channels.
• Manage digital and performance marketing, including paid media, lead generation, optimisation and reporting.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning and channel performance.
• Coordinate events, broker activations and brand experiences from concept to delivery.
• Lead creative and content production (photo/video shoots, assets, print collateral) while maintaining quality, timelines and budgets.
• Manage agencies and suppliers across creative, media, digital, social, events and production.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with project launches and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign metrics (leads, CPL, conversions, ROI) and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of AI, marketing technology and automation trends to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and digitally strong with at least 4 years of marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
