Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the development and execution of end‑to‑end (360°) marketing strategies across all channels. The role will drive brand equity, elevate customer engagement, and accelerate business growth through integrated, insight‑led initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies covering digital, offline, brand, performance, content, events, PR, and partnerships.
• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign calendars aligned with business and clinical objectives.
• Manage digital initiatives including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, CRM, and social media.
• Drive brand positioning and messaging across patient, provider, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Plan and execute patient acquisition and engagement campaigns while ensuring healthcare compliance.
• Oversee content strategy for educational materials, thought leadership, and clinical communications.
• Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership teams for aligned execution.
• Mentor internal teams and manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, digital).
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and optimize ROI.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of marketing experience delivering integrated 360° campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand management, and campaign analytics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of patient‑centric marketing and healthcare compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
