About the role
The Marketing Manager – Malls will lead the marketing strategy and performance across a portfolio of malls in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this senior‑level position focuses on driving footfall, sales and brand positioning through strategic planning and oversight of execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual and monthly marketing calendar, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Own the marketing budget, track spend, evaluate ROI and ensure cost‑effective campaigns.
- Oversee campaign concepts, creative direction and brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with retailers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors to drive engagement and participation.
- Lead and manage the mall marketing team, providing clear direction, accountability and performance monitoring.
Required profile
- Strong background in mall marketing (essential).
- Proven experience managing campaigns, events and driving footfall and sales performance.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.
- Comfortable working closely with retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors and marketing teams.
