Marketing Manager (Startup & Innovation)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive growth and visibility for a fast‑moving organisation within the startup, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. This role blends creative thinking with day‑to‑day execution, allowing you to own projects from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaigns across digital, content, partnerships, events and community initiatives.
• Promote programmes, workshops, events and other business activities.
• Oversee social media channels, ensuring content is relevant, consistent and engaging.
• Write and review copy for social media, newsletters, websites, presentations and campaign materials.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, freelancers and external partners.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
• Identify opportunities to boost brand awareness, engagement, event attendance and community growth.
• Support event marketing before, during and after each activity.
• Track campaign performance and apply insights to improve future efforts.

Required profile

• Approximately five years of experience in marketing, growth, brand or communications.
• Experience in a startup, technology company, innovation hub, accelerator or fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
