About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing Specialist who can drive our brand across multiple channels. You will combine data‑driven performance marketing with creative content production to generate high‑quality leads for our real‑estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on ROI and lead quality.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging posts that resonate with our community and clients.
- Capture high‑quality photos and videos of properties, events, and neighbourhood highlights.
- Design clean, eye‑catching graphics for daily content, digital campaigns, and property listings.
Required profile
- Proven experience running profitable Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Comfortable operating a camera and using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Self‑starter who identifies gaps and builds systems without waiting for direction.
- Strong commitment to clear communication and high‑quality work.
