Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Uniestate Properties is looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support the Head of Marketing in driving digital, social, branding, and lead‑generation initiatives across the UAE real‑estate market. You will work on a variety of campaigns, from content creation to event coordination, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and compelling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all digital and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and WhatsApp.
• Create, schedule, publish and report on paid and organic campaign content, supporting Meta, Google and LinkedIn ads with AI‑powered tools.
• Engage community inquiries, update CRM, and ensure timely follow‑ups across all channels.
• Produce high‑quality videos, short‑form content, blogs, newsletters, brochures, presentations and website copy while coordinating photography and videography.
• Update website content, landing pages and support SEO efforts.
• Design marketing collaterals such as flyers, banners, email templates and assist with show‑apartment set‑up.
• Support events, webinars, property launches and coordinate with partners, sponsors and vendors.
• Assist lead‑generation and marketing automation activities, working closely with sales and using Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within real‑estate or a similar fast‑paced industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a creative, detail‑oriented mindset.
