Marketplace Executive

About the role

The Marketplace Executive will drive the growth and performance of our brand across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol. You will manage end‑to‑end marketplace operations, ensuring accurate listings, timely order fulfilment, and data‑driven sales optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations, maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, images and attributes.
• Coordinate product launches and updates with internal teams to meet marketplace timelines.
• Track daily orders, fulfilment status, cancellations and returns, working closely with warehouse and logistics.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, stock availability and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Support the execution of promotions, deals and campaigns, ensuring correct pricing and discount implementation.
• Collaborate with planning and supply‑chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels on each marketplace.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace partners, handling escalations and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce, Retail Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce or marketplace operations within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace processes and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools are advantageous.
