Marketplace Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a new marketplace platform. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for defining objectives, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring a smooth handover to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, KPIs, scope, purpose and deliverables; create a project charter.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk, communication and quality plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor progress, address issues, and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost.
• Track performance against KPIs, manage risks and issues, and produce regular status reports.
• Close the project by obtaining stakeholder acceptance, releasing resources, documenting lessons learned and handing over deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably on marketplace, platform or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, budget, risk, quality and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting abilities.
