Martech Lead / Manager

About the role

Landmark Group is seeking a strategic and commercially‑minded Martech Lead to shape and execute the organisation’s Martech, Customer Intelligence and Customer Engagement vision across all touchpoints. The role sits at the intersection of CRM, product, engineering, data, analytics, ecommerce and commercial teams, translating business goals into scalable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall Martech, Customer Intelligence and Customer Engagement strategy.
• Lead the evolution and optimisation of the Martech ecosystem, covering CRM, CDP, analytics, automation, tracking, personalisation and engagement technologies.
• Translate business and customer objectives into technical and operational solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Oversee Customer 360, segmentation, loyalty, lifecycle management and retention initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled marketing, personalisation, experimentation and predictive engagement capabilities.
• Manage cross‑functional Martech projects with product, engineering, data, analytics, ecommerce, CRM and commercial teams.
• Establish governance, operating models, processes and maturity frameworks for Martech.
• Measure, report and communicate Martech performance, customer outcomes and commercial impact to senior leadership.
• Partner with technology vendors and agencies to deliver scalable solutions.

• Experience thriving in fast‑paced retail or digital environments.
