Master Planner – UAE Opportunities

About the role

We are recruiting experienced Master Planners for multiple opportunities across the UAE, working with leading architectural practices, design consultancies and major real‑estate developers. The role involves delivering large‑scale masterplan projects for mixed‑use, residential, hospitality and urban developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead masterplan concepts for large‑scale mixed‑use and urban projects.
• Prepare design documentation and masterplan deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Navigate the UAE development and approvals process to secure project permits.
• Present masterplan proposals and revisions to clients and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong experience working in the UAE within masterplanning, urban design or large‑scale development planning.
• Proven background with Tier‑1 architectural practices, design consultancies or major UAE real‑estate developers.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant large‑scale mixed‑use, residential, hospitality or urban projects.
• Understanding of the UAE development and approvals environment.
