Maternity Cover Teacher - Al Ain

About the role

Bloom Education, an education provider active in the UAE for more than 10 years, is looking for qualified and experienced teachers to cover maternity leave for various temporary periods during the academic year 2026-2027. The work is based in Al Ain.

Key responsibilities

• Teach classes and plan lessons
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Provide guidance on educational issues and prepare students for examinations
• Promote students' wellbeing and safety
• Work with parents and staff to support student development
• Take part in professional development and curriculum enhancement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education (or similar)
• At least two years of teaching experience as a homeroom teacher
• Professionalism, commitment, integrity and awareness of different cultures
• Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, patient and persevering
• Outgoing, positive and enthusiastic, with good spoken communication skills

Required skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to engage with students and their families
• Experience with an American or British curriculum is an advantage
