MEA CCB Services Sales Head

About the role

Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) seeks a senior leader to head Services sales across the Middle East & Africa. The role will drive new client origination, grow revenue, and lead a high‑performing team while positioning Citi as the preferred international banking partner.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Services wins and pipeline in MEA, delivering ambitious revenue growth.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing resources and guidance.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for solution‑based selling and collaborate with vertical partners such as Trade, Cards and Issuer/Investor Services.
• Manage client escalations, ensure best client experience, and keep senior leadership updated on performance.
• Participate in global strategic initiatives and act as a bridge between clients, banking, and product partners.

Required profile

• Extensive commercial banking experience with a proven track record of growing complex client relationships.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, developing talent and driving team performance.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities across functions and geographies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and quantitative skills for presentations and pitches.

Required skills

• Expertise in MEA Cash Management and Trade solutions.
• In‑depth knowledge of treasury, trade, and cash product propositions.
• Understanding of regulations, market practices and bank operations.
