About the role
Provide regional application support for IVD products across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring customers receive effective training, case handling, and technical guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer training and application service needs, handle cases, and summarize common issues and solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to headquarters, track resolutions, and communicate feedback to the CAS team.
- Analyze performance gaps, conduct internal training, and develop expert teams to improve technical capability.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IVD local service, preferably in Hematology, Bio‑chemistry, or Immunoassay.
- Strong communication skills, customer‑oriented attitude, and ability to work smoothly with engineers.
- Experience with hospital LIS systems and LIS connectivity.
