Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor – Pumping Stations

About the role

As a Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor for pumping stations, you will lead maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation of all mechanical and EICA assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily mechanical and EICA maintenance activities across assigned pumping stations.
• Coordinate and guide teams of mechanics, electricians, helpers and specialists, planning resources, spare parts and tools.
• Conduct risk assessments, enforce HSE procedures and ensure compliance with permits.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, pumps, valves and electrical, instrumentation, control and automation systems, providing technical support.
• Prepare and submit daily maintenance and progress reports.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or technical certificate; vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Instrumentation preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in mechanical or EICA maintenance, preferably in pumping stations or water infrastructure.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Maintenance of pumps, valves, relief valves, surge vessels, OCUs, coarse screens and diesel pumps.
• Knowledge of MCC rooms, control panels, motors, PLC, SCADA, RTU, VFD and control systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, P&IDs and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
