Mechanical Engineer – MEP/HVAC

About the role

Aerotherm Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer specialized in MEP/HVAC to join its Dubai team. The role combines office‑based estimation work with on‑site coordination, offering exposure to full project lifecycles in the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC and MEP project estimates, BOQs, and cost proposals.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate material sourcing and quotations with suppliers and procurement teams.
• Manage site activities, monitor deliveries, and ensure smooth execution.
• Attend project meetings with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with drafting and project teams on shop drawings.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule, and support handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in MEP/HVAC projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to interact independently with consultants, clients, and contractors.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
