About the role
AECOM is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to join its Dubai team on a contract basis. The role involves performing field inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and code requirements, and supporting project delivery across infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily field inspections and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and code requirements.
- Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Track quality assurance progress and provide input for equipment turnovers.
- Assist with training entry‑level employees as needed.
Required profile
- Limited experience in mechanical inspection or related field.
- Ability to work under general supervision and follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
