Mechanical QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to join our quality team on a large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will ensure that all mechanical works meet the required quality standards and that testing and inspections are carried out in line with approved procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit method statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Monitor site inspections to ensure compliance with ITP.
• Verify that all testing is performed according to approved method statements and ITP.
• Track calibration requirements for tools and equipment used on site.
• Compile monthly QA/QC reports and project KPI dashboards.
• Liaise with the consultant to resolve quality issues and close NCRs.
• Record, track and manage snagging and de‑snagging activities for architectural and interior finishes.
• Maintain all QA/QC documentation in accordance with the project quality plan and IMS system.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
