Media Buyer & Website Specialist - Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Media Buyer & Website Specialist to manage our online presence and drive high‑quality leads for property sales and rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website, including property listings, landing pages, content updates, project details, and lead forms.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop targeted lead‑generation campaigns across WhatsApp, email and SMS.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Track results using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other tracking tools.
• Support SEO activities, improve website visibility and optimise landing pages for conversion.
• Coordinate CRM integration to ensure leads are tracked and assigned to the sales team.
• Analyse competitor campaigns, market trends and audience behaviour.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in the UAE real‑estate industry.
• Proven experience in media buying and digital campaign management.
