Meeting & Events Sales Executive

About the role

Join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah and create exceptional event experiences for guests. You will manage enquiries, convert opportunities into confirmed business and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Meetings & Events enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and quotations.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed business while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the planning process.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and showcase meeting and event facilities.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure flawless event execution.
• Prepare event orders, contracts and required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and update sales systems in a timely manner.
• Support departmental revenue goals and guest satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Meetings & Events, Sales, or Reservations within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Guest‑focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel sales systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
