About the role

Citi is launching a 12‑month Mehnaty Graduate Program in Dubai for Emirati nationals. The program will place analysts in various business areas, providing on‑the‑job training and exposure to the banking environment.

Required profile

Emirati citizen
Final‑year undergraduate (any discipline) graduating this year or next, or recent graduate
Minimum GPA of 2.5
Completed mandatory military service
