Membership Host – Luxury Private Club

About the role

We are seeking a Membership Host to create a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience for all members and guests of our private club. The role combines front‑of‑house presence with proactive guest‑service to uphold our luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors warmly upon arrival and maintain a visible, professional presence throughout the club.
• Assist members with enquiries, bookings, reservations and general information, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide detailed information about club facilities, programmes, events and exclusive experiences.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house, hospitality, equestrian, events and operations teams to support smooth arrivals and departures.
• Support member‑only events, social gatherings and special occasions, handling logistics and guest interaction.
• Anticipate member needs, record preferences and deliver proactive, personalised service.
• Handle feedback, requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when required.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, etiquette, cleanliness and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations, concierge, front‑of‑house or private club environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills with a warm, confident demeanor.
• Professional appearance, grooming and polished manner consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic highly desirable, with knowledge of the UAE market an advantage.
