Membership Sales Manager

About the role

The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-headquartered hospitality management company, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Membership Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead its member acquisition and revenue-growth efforts. The successful candidate will have a background in membership, luxury hospitality, corporate sales or premium lifestyle services, with a proven track record of turning prospects into long-term members.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through networking, lead generation, referrals, events and corporate account development.
• Manage and develop the membership sales pipeline, following up consistently and converting qualified leads.
• Support the Director of Membership in guiding members from enquiry and property tour through application, joining and onboarding.
• Conduct property tours and presentations, explaining the club's facilities, services, benefits and membership value.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, high-net-worth individuals and community leaders across Abu Dhabi.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, membership demographics and customer preferences to shape sales and retention strategies.
• Support member retention and engagement initiatives throughout the member lifecycle.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience in the Abu Dhabi market is mandatory; candidates living in Abu Dhabi with an established local network are strongly preferred.
• Experience in private members' clubs, high-end sports or recreational clubs or premium lifestyle venues is highly preferred.
• Background in corporate hospitality sales, hotel corporate sales, luxury event spaces or premium client management in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and meet membership or revenue targets.
• Experience working with VIPs, corporate clients and community leaders.
