Mental Health Therapist

About the role

The Mental Health Therapist role is a full‑time remote position delivering evidence‑based counseling and psychotherapy through secure online sessions. You will work with individuals, couples and families, providing assessment, treatment planning and ongoing therapeutic support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples and families via telehealth.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other providers and support services as needed.
• Participate in case consultations and contribute to organizational wellness programs.
• Stay updated on best practices in digital mental health care.

Required profile

• Licensed professional (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist) in good standing.
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis and evidence‑based interventions.
• Strong background in treatment planning, social work and case management.
• Experience with family therapy, couples counseling or diverse family systems.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital client‑engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet.
