MEP BIM Coordinator – French Speaker

About the role

DataOne Technology is looking for a French‑speaking MEP BIM Coordinator to support the design and construction of data centre projects in Dubai. You will work closely with engineers, suppliers and contractors across all project phases, from design to as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret MEP schematics, creating or updating them using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Develop complete MEP models from schematics, 2D plans or drafts, extracting quantities and adding required parameters.
• Process 3D point clouds to produce high‑accuracy as‑built Revit models.
• Set up reference models, run clash detection tests and track BIM issues to resolution.
• Lead coordination meetings, present clash findings and propose technical solutions.
• Optionally support architectural and structural modeling to aid multidisciplinary coordination.

Required profile

• Significant experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in data centre or similar high‑tech construction environments.
• Strong communication skills, team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a demanding technical setting.
