MEP Construction Manager

About the role

The MEP Construction Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for large‑scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This senior role ensures seamless integration of MEP works with overall project objectives, maintaining quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive MEP project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of MEP installation, from design review to commissioning.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to align MEP designs with overall project requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project milestones, adjust strategies, and control costs to meet financial targets.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams.
