MEP Manager

About the role

The MEP Manager will lead the delivery and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC services across large‑scale infrastructure and operational facilities, ensuring reliability, safety and optimal performance in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day MEP and HVAC maintenance operations, guaranteeing system availability and minimal disruption.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes aligned with asset‑lifecycle strategies.
• Supervise and evaluate contractors and service providers against contracts, SLAs and safety standards.
• Review technical submissions, drawings and documentation, and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Support testing, commissioning and validation of new or upgraded MEP systems.
• Monitor mechanical and electrical system performance and implement reliability engineering measures.
• Collaborate with operational teams to keep infrastructure systems running uninterruptedly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in MEP operations or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in large‑scale, complex, operationally critical environments such as major infrastructure or mixed‑use developments.
